As a seasoned corporate executive and entrepreneur, having worked in 3 different continents, I have seen a high number of corporate initiatives and startup fail (the technical solution was great, target market was ideal and resources needed were all available) so why that happened....and hence I started to see a pattern emerge. As a Founder and Principal at Zomara Group, I arrived to the conclusion that behind all those failures lies on word, "alignment", that you either were unable to build with your target market or within the organization. Either building, leading & delivering mega multi-geography pursuits throughout my corporate career or launching, scaling, then transitioning a startup to acquisition all within the span of Covid-19, I know "alignment" is the most important cog of the wheel which myself and my team strive to achieve everyday.
